Ties That BindTies That Bind

One of my goals for this chapter was to be more attentive to the details of each scene. In this exchange, I wanted Lustre to experience the warmth of another person’s kindness for the first time. We chose to gradually shift the color temperature of the scene from Page 1 to Page 2. It’s not overly noticeable but I think it adds a little something to their story.
I've had this specific shot in my head for years, and it felt great to finally get it out on paper (screen?).

Hello, friends! You may have noticed a few changes around the site. We've long dreamt of doing artwork full time, and while that dream isn't quite within our grasp yet, we are getting a lot closer. The response to our first Ties That Bind book has been overwhelmingly encouraging, and we'd like to devote more time to getting the next book out for you guys as soon as possible.

If you can spare a dollar or two for us on Patreon or ko-fi, we'd very much appreciate it. Patreon supporters get early access to our stuff as well as some behind-the-scenes content. If you can't afford it right now, we totally understand. We'll still make our work available for you to read on this site for free!

More than anything, we'd love for you to spread the word. Follow us on our social media accounts. Share our comics with your friends. Tell your local con you'd love to see us come and share our art there (we promise we run fun panels). Keep reading.

Thank you for all your amazing support, and we look forward to sharing even more stories with you in the future!
